Note that this Listener is only available in certain Tenants. if you don't see it and want to access it.
The Tick listener allows you to emit events on a defined schedule.
Select Tick from the list of Listener types and click Configuration to start.
Now you need to specify how and where to collect the data, and how to establish a connection with TCP.
Enter the basic information for the new Listener.
Name*
Enter a name for the new Listener.
Description
Optionally, enter a description for the Listener.
Tags
Add tags to easily identify your Listener. Hit the Enter key after you define each tag.
Ticks
Add as many tick events as required to emit.
Schedule Type Interval*
Select the scheduling type to use for the intervals between sending events.
Interval value*
Enter the number to wait for.
Interval Unit*
Enter what the number corresponds to: seconds, minutes, hours.
Number of events*
Enter how many events to emit.
Event body*
Enter what the event will contain, e.g. the fields.
Click Create labels to move on to the next step and define the required if needed.
